About JCYMUN
The Jewish Canadian Youth Model United Nations (JCYMUN) is the only Model UN conference designed specifically for Jewish high school students across Canada and around the world It is one of the most affordable programs of its kind in North America. Now marking its 26th year, the conference brings together students from Montreal, across Canada, and around the world for an immersive, kosher, Shabbat-respectful Model UN experience.
Run entirely by volunteer CEGEP and university students, JCYMUN creates a safe, welcoming, and enriching environment where teens explore diplomacy, develop leadership skills, and form meaningful connections within the global Jewish community. Many alumni even choose to return to Quebec for higher education after experiencing Montreal’s vibrant Jewish community through this program.
